At I Before E, we do not sell, lease, transfer, or distribute your personal information to any outside third parties with the exception of any state or federal law requirements or legal investigations. This does not include our website hosting service provider or any other services used in the existence of our Site and its provided services such as card processing and order fulfillment services.

2. We use third-party platforms including but not limited to Wix (website hosting), Zoho (scheduling and automation), and Helcim (payment processing). These service providers may have access to your personal information to the extent necessary to perform their functions, but they are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

DATA PROTECTION
1. We take the security of your Personal Information seriously and have implemented measures to protect it. Our Site uses HTTPS secure access and our designated purchase forms are protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection. Additionally, the processor of our purchase forms maintains a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification.

CCPA / CPRA

1. The Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) is not in effect until December 31, 2023, however, our Privacy Policy is already in compliance with the new state law. We do not collect any sensitive data as noted in the UCPA. All other aspects of UCPA are already implemented in our full Privacy Policy.
