At I Before E, we do not sell, lease, transfer, or distribute your personal information to any outside third parties with the exception of any state or federal law requirements or legal investigations. This does not include our website hosting service provider or any other services used in the existence of our Site and its provided services such as card processing and order fulfillment services.
DATA PROTECTION
1. We take the security of your Personal Information seriously and have implemented measures to protect it. Our Site uses HTTPS secure access and our designated purchase forms are protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection. Additionally, the processor of our purchase forms maintains a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification.

We encourage you to set strong passwords for your membership and avoid providing us or anyone with any sensitive personal information that you believe could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.
COPPA
1. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule ("COPPA"), we do not specifically market to or actively try to connect with children under the age of 13 (thirteen). CalOPPA
1. In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), our Site has the following implementations:
a. The Privacy Policy is listed clearly and easy to find on our Homepage (and all pages of our Site) via a hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
b. This policy may be updated periodically and any changes will be posted on this page. Our process of notifying users of updates to our Privacy Policy occurs via the dates the most recent updates being listed at the top and bottom of the Privacy Policy.
c. You can visit our website anonymously.
UCPA
1. The Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) is not in effect until December 31, 2023, however, our Privacy Policy is already in compliance with the new state law. We do not collect any sensitive data as noted in the UCPA. All other aspects of UCPA are already implemented in our full Privacy Policy.
